RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing Tamra Oils for your skincare needs. We're committed to providing our customers with premium products and excellent service. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return only if the packaging remains unopened and is in a perfectly resalable condition.
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of product delivery.
Holiday Return Extension
For the holiday season, we offer an extended return period. Orders placed between November 1, 2024, and December 20, 2024, can be returned until January 15, 2025.
Pre-Authorisation Required
Before returning any product, customers must contact our team for pre-authorisation. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions of Return
If the return is initiated due to a damaged product, customers are required to provide proof of the damage. Acceptable proofs include clear videos and/or pictures taken on the date of delivery.
For returns based on reasons other than damage (e.g. change of mind), the product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and in a resalable condition.
Returns or cancelled orders over transaction value of £100 will incur card transaction fees (2.9%) that must be borne by the customers
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged product, Tamra Oils will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is initiated because of the customer's change of mind or for reasons other than product damage, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, your refund will be processed in 15 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
For items purchased on sale, the refund amount will reflect the price paid for the product, not the full original sale price. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
